At Emeritus Senior Living, we offer a variety of senior living apartments to choose from. Each community offers unique services and amenities specifically designed with seniors in mind.
Studio, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom Apartments
Whether you're looking for retirement living, assisted living, Alzheimer's, or long term care, Emeritus properties offer beautifully appointed studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in a senior housing environment, most with kitchenettes and all with private bathrooms. Many of our senior apartments are individually climate-controlled and include all utilities except telephone and cable TV.
You can also add your own personal touch. Decorate any way you wish, and please feel free to bring your own furnishings. Select the wall color of your choice – we freshly paint every apartment before new residents move in. Some of our assisted living and retirement communities also allow you to bring your small pets.
In addition, Emeritus communities offer such common areas as:

Couples Apartments
It's not uncommon for a husband and wife or a significant other to move into a senior living community together. Whether you both need assistance of daily living or just an occasional hand with housekeeping, we offer the opportunity for couples to share an apartment. You can choose from any of the floor plans available that best meet your needs. As with all of our apartment amenities, you will also have access to all of our common areas throughout the community.

Perhaps you love the idea of moving into an independent living or assisted living community, but you're concerned about your budget. Or maybe you simply don't want to live alone. Either way, many of our senior housing communities offer the perfect solution – Friendship Suites* – in which seniors are brought together to share a common apartment and benefit from the cost savings, while they receive the same full scope of personalized attention and outstanding services and amenities that all residents enjoy.
How are "friendship suites" arranged?
We work hard to match compatible personality types and shared interests, with the goal of creating a basis for friendship. Another advantage of Friendship Suites is that it gives you someone to become acquainted with immediately. And we all recognize that knowing one person makes it easier to meet others. Friendship Suites are especially well suited to someone who has been recently widowed or is moving from a private home. Of course, if you find you aren't compatible with your "friend," we’ll make every effort to find you a new companion.
