The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Broadmoor Assisted Living is located on the southwest part of Colorado Springs near Hwy 115 and I-25. It is located on the highly desirable Broadmoor neighborhood which is home to the 5-Star Broadmoor Hotel. Residents enjoy the lush and beautiful landscaped neighborhoods while the majestic peaks including Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak keep watch overhead. This wonderful location allows access to many retail stores including Target, Wal-Mart, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Bed, Bath & Beyond and a great assortment of restaurants that many of residents enjoy stopping in at. Downtown Colorado Springs is just a few minutes away and offers some great cultural museums and opportunities for plays and philharmonic offerings. Our two major hospitals include Penrose-St. Francis and Memorial Hospital. Both of their main campuses are just minutes away.

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Broadmoor offers 1-floor living with rooms surrounding a lovely courtyard. The circular layout makes it an easy and comfortable floor plan for seniors to navigate. We offer 3 room choices. A large studio, and two 1-Bedroom options with the one being slightly larger. We are a warm, welcoming, homelike environment. The smaller atmosphere allows for very personalized interaction with residents and staff.

Our staff is well-trained thanks to the programming and training offered and required by Emeritus. The standards that we are held to allows us to offer the best in care to our residents.
