Located close to Highway 805, our community offers 106 senior apartments on two floors, where from the moment you step into our home, there is a sense of welcoming comfort and security. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our compassionate, friendly staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

We understand that every senior has different needs and desires, we are proud to offer a selection of assisted living services and amenities based on each senior’s needs. Emeritus at Clairemont offers assisted living to make life easier for all seniors. Whether it is to assist with medications, prepare special meals or the peace of mind to know that someone is available twenty-four hours a day our assisted living services offer flexibility and options. We have a well trained staff that cares about your comfort, care and safety and will strive to not only meet your expectations but exceed them. Don’t feel like cooking or doing laundry, that’s fine- let us take care of it for you!

To ensure we meet all your needs, we have designed our own state-of-the-art computerized resident evaluation program called wE Care. This powerful for software tool allows us to accurately evaluate and monitor your loved ones personal care services. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you or your loved one to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.

Our common areas give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise programs and off-site excursions. Emeritus at Clairemont is conveniently located in an urban area, near Wal-Mart, Smart & Final and Wells Fargo, yet close to Pacific Beach. In addition, several medical facilities are within easy access, including Sharp Healthcare, Scripps Memorial Hospital and to a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
