Assisted Living

Our assisted living services staff have been trained to meet the ever changing needs of our residents, providing care as though they are part of our family. Led by our Resident Care Director, a licensed nurse, she also has the support of our Wellness Center Coordinator. We offer Licensed Nursing Staff on duty 12 Hours per day, with Care Staff awake and available to provide assistance 24/7. At Emeritus at Carmel Valley, "Our Family is Committed to Yours."

Alzheimer's and Memory Care

Our Memory Care Program is led by our highly trained and motivated Memory Care Director, utilizing the training and programming of Emeritus's "Join Their Journey" and "Brain Health" Programs. We actively collaborate with the local Alzheimer's Association Chapter and participate in their "Memories in the Making" Program. Resident Art from our Memory Care Unit has been selected two years in a row to be featured on the Annual Alzheimer's Calendar.

Skilled Nursing Care

At Emeritus at Carmel Valley, we are committed to helping you or your loved one receive the best care, so that you can return home as quickly as possible, whether you require short or long term nursing care. Emeritus at Carmel Valley's Skilled Nursing Care is provided by our team of highly qualified Licensed Nurses (RN Coverage 24/7), Certified Nursing Assistants, Dietitian, Social Services, Activities; and, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. We pride ourselves on the fact that we can offer a large range of skilled nursing services; including, Wound Care, I.V. Therapy and Rehabilitation Therapy, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
