Assisted Living Services
As our loved ones age our concern for their health, safety, and quality of life increase. At The Palms, we offer a variety of services to help relieve the stress felt by family and friends when trying to ensure their loved one is well cared for. Our Wellness managers perform specialized assessments that are developed and customized according to the needs and wants of the resident and their loved ones.
This process allows us to develop a care plan specific to the resident. Some of the health and safety services offered include; medication management, diabetic care, incontinence care, meals, housekeeping, bathing, dressing, and laundry. We also put a specialized focus on quality of life by offering ongoing social activities.
Our Life Enrichment Director takes pride in knowing the likes and dislikes of each and every resident; trying to develop activities that all of our residents will enjoy. Our bus is out and about in the community several times a week with shopping trips, scenic drives, ball games, museums, lunch outings and much more. As a part of Emeritus, The Palms has access to resources and expertise in all areas of senior care, allowing us to offer education opportunities to our residents and their loved ones.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
The Palms takes a unique approach to the care a comfort of people with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. With our Join Their Journey program we offer individualized care plans and activities, unique to the individual. We focus on success by creating activities that are both challenging and rewarding. Our newly remodeled memory care neighborhood has a cozy home-like feel with private or companion rooms.
