Emeritus at Hazel Creek is located in Orangevale, California, a rural community in Sacramento County close to the State Capital and Folsom Lake. Our residents have enjoyed day trips to Apple Hill, the State Capital building, the Crocker Art Museum and much more.

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Hazel Creek has junior one bedroom apartments, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. Our apartments have full kitchens. We have a cozy front room/library, den and formal dining room. We also have a beauty shop and craft room. Our residents tell us it feels like home.

Emeritus at Hazel Creek has a homey lodge feel. We have fireplaces in the library, den, and dining room. We have a couryard with a water feature, gazebo, walking paths and a 9 hole putting green. All of these amenities are enjoyed by our residents and their families.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We are conviently located to Kaiser Hospital, Sutter Roseville hospital, Mercy Folsom hospital and Mercy San Juan Hospital and have good relationships with them. We also have relationships with the following skilled nursing facilities, Eskaton Fair Oaks, Manor Care, Folsom Convelence, Roseville Care Center, Sierra Hills Care Center and Oakridge Care center. We have a strong relationship with Accent Care for home health and Physical Therapy. All these relationships provide a continuum of care for our residents.

Our Staff

Emeritus at Hazel Creek employees feel that the residents are their extended family. Our activity director has 19 years of service, our head of house keeping has 15 years of service, and several care givers with 9 and 10 years of service.
