It's a simple promise to become extended family to the seniors entrusted in our care and to our residents who have chosen our senior living community for its active lifestyle.

Emeritus at Oceanside is nestled between businesses and residences giving us an urban, warm feeling. The property is located close to the beach, shopping centers, golf, and heart of the city, making it very convenient. A Wonderful Selection

We have 3 styles of apartments. Our Studio apartment is light and bright with its own large private bathroom and is around 400 sq.ft. Our Suite is around 540 sq.ft. and has a U shaped configuration with separate sleeping and living areas. Our one bedroom apartments are around 700 sq.ft. and many have kitchenettes with large living areas.

Assisted Living

Our staff is here to offer a helping hand, but only when and if you need it. When you join our senior living community, we'll take the time to carefully assess your needs before recommending specific assisted living services. In fact, we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system (called the Vigilan Resident Evaluation Program), which helps us accurately evaluate, predict and monitor all personal care needs for each of our residents.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We nurture strong relationships with area hospitals, Veterans Administration, Senior Centers, and skilled nursing facilities. The relationships that we share with key staff within these affiliations help us to provide seamless continuum of care for our residents.

Our Staff

Emeritus at Oceanside boasts the longevity of our staff. The management team is comprised of professionals that have combined tenures within their respective disciplines of nearly 100 years. Emeritus at Oceanside has been very selective when choosing who will make up this team to serve its residents; only those with the heart of a servant and longevity as a goal are accepted into this family. Many of our care staff and support staff have been with Emeritus Senior Living for 5,10,14 years.
