Emeritus Loma Linda is an exceptional facility that is a leader in Assisted Living care. The facility staff is one of the most qualified of all the facilities under this management. The staff here is highly educated and employs some of the Nursing Students from nearby Loma Linda University School of Nursing. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your loved one will be cared for in every way. The lobby and common areas are very clean and beautifully decorated. The food is top notch and offers a wide variety of dishes and entrees. They cater to the Vegetarian being in the Loma Linda which is a Seventh Day- Adventist City which is part of the University and Medical Center. The SDA Church promotes a healthy Vegetarian life style. Only Vegetarian Cuisine is served with in the Medical Center. This is a wonderful community to place your loved one in as there is a high concentration of Spiritual centered services provided to those this is important to. Because this facility is in Loma Linda proper there are some normal services that are not available on Saturday as this is a Holy Day of Sabbath Observance. Postal services, UPS and Fed Ex are not delivered on Saturday and are delivered on Sunday. All business is closed within the City limits from Sunset Friday to Sunset Saturday. So no gas stations, etc are open. This maybe important for you to know if you need to send a loved one something and wanted it to get to them on a Saturday. This is a well run facility and being walking distance from a World Renown Hospital may also offer security as you make a choice to place a loved one
