My father was a resident of this facility in 2004. All the employees of this facility were very friendly and helpful in taking care of my dad. His room was clean, well decorated, clean at the time he moved in with a nice view from his window. Whenever he called for help a staff member would be there to take care of his concerns without any hesitation.
The meals they provided were served to him in a very nice dining room. The dining room was always clean and well staffed. Again the staff was right there when my father had a question or wanted something special for his meal. The dishes were always clean and the glasses and silver ware did not have any spots on them.
The staff was always there to assist my dad in getting to the dining hall for his meals. Most of the time he would tell them he did not want to go to the dining hall but the staff would spend time with him in his room and talk him into going to the dining hall for his meals.
His room was always kept clean, especially the bathroom. The housekeeping was there every day to clean his room and bathroom.
The only complaint my dad had was that while he was out of his room during the meal hour or so, someone was coming into his room and stealing items from his room. He said he had change, snacks and small items stolen from his room. Other than that this was a nice facility for him.

Emeritus never disappoints and this facility is as beautiful and well run as the other I have visited. The rooms and apartments are beautiful and modern. The staff is friendly and compassionate. The staff goes out of their way to make sure the residents are interactive and do not isolate. They have a shuttle that takes the residents to special events and shopping daily. The dining hall is beautiful and the food is amazing I ate a little of a Vegetarian dish and it was wonderful. They seem to go out of their way make sure all diets as much as possible are accommodated. Staff will aid residents in staying within restricted guidelines as directed by their physician. This is a great choice for your loved one if you’re in need of a place to move them. The lobby and common areas are clean and well maintained and the residents are alert and well cared for. No place is perfect but this is pretty close.
