Emeritus at Villa de Anza is located in a residential area, but only minutes away from a shopping centers and a movie theater. We have a beautiful lake behind our building with fish, turtles and ducks that our residents love to feed. We are in a residential area but located close to malls, shopping centers, museums, and casinos.

We have 6 different types of apartments from studios to two-bedroom deluxe, all including kitchenettes and a patio or balcony. Our community is very homey, with a fireplace in the lobby and dining room.

Senior Residential and Assisted Living

Emeritus at Villa de Anza is a beautiful building inside and out, offering studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. We are nestled on a lake filled with fish, turtles and ducks. We also have a nice walking path behind our building. Planned activities are scheduled in our TV lounge, patio, entertainment and activity room. We also feature a library and reading room that is often used for small gatherings of residents holding various meetings. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.
