Emeritus at Landmark Villa, located in the City of Hayward with easy access to Highways 880, 580 & 280. Minutes to the San Mateo Bridge connects you in to the San Francisco Peninsula in approximately 30 minutes. Oakland and San Jose are approximately 15 to 20 minutes away.

We are near Eden, San Leandro, St. Rose and Kaiser Hospitals, Shopping, Banks, Restaurants, Golf Courses, Parks and Public Transportation (AC Transit buses and BART). Creekside Shopping Center is next door.

A Wonderful Selection

Enter our community and you are home! Apartments are spacious and bright. We offer a variety of floor plans to choose from; Studio Alcove, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom Standard & a 1 Bedroom Deluxe with a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises. All apartments offer a full kitchen with a full size fridge. Each apartment is equipped with a 24 hour Emergency Call System.

Common areas are comfortable and great for visiting with friends and family. You can visit with them in our Fireside or Terrance Lounge or getaway for some peace and quiet in the Library with your favorite book.

Residents enjoy relaxing under the warm sun in the Courtyard. It is beautifully landscaped with lush colorful flowers and fauna. Some prefers our Tahoe Courtyard, shaded by Redwood Pine Trees. The Tahoe Courtyard is easily converted to a secured doggie play area. Residents relax and enjoy watching their bundle of joy run and explore what nature has to offer.... Yes, we are Pet Friendly.

Our Staff

Our staff inter-mingles with our resident’s everyday. Therefore, we are committed to hiring the most compassionate, dedicated individuals in the senior living industry. Individuals who go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of our residents are found here at, Emeritus at Landmark Villa.

Our staff is present 24 hours to assist our residents. Staff longevity proves their passion for caring. Our Resident Care Coordinator has been serving and assisting our residents for 10 years, another staff member, 17 years. Dedication to our residents is top priority.
