Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor courtyard, Emeritus at Casa Glendale is one of the premier assisted living communities in the Greater Los Angeles area. Located near the 134, 210 and #I-5 freeways just north of the city on a cul-de-sac and greenbelt, our senior living community is known as the little "oasis " in the middle of Glendale. We offer 113 apartments on two floors, many with lovely views of either the interior courtyard or the tree-lined park. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet a helping hand from our warm, caring staff — many of whom have been with us for years — is always close by.

Emeritus at Casa Glendale offers assisted living to make life easier for all seniors. Whether it is to assist with medications, prepare special meals or the peace of mind to know that someone is available twenty-four hours a day our assisted living services offer flexibility and options. We have a well trained staff that cares about your comfort, care and safety and will strive to not only meet your expectations but exceed them. To ensure we meet all your needs, we have designed our own state-of-the-art computerized resident evaluation program called wE Care. This powerful for software tool allows us to accurately evaluate and monitor your loved ones personal care services. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you or your loved one to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.

New Friends, New Beginnings

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, library and TV room — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities every month here at Emeritus and beyond, including off-site excursions to Descanso Gardens. Our assisted living community is in a residential area within walking distances to the shops at Glendale Galleria and various banks. In addition, Emeritus at Casa Glendale is surrounded by parks, including Verdugo Park, Griffith Park and the L.A. Zoo. Several medical facilities, including Glendale Memorial, Glendale Adventist, Providence St. Joseph, Verdugo Hills and a nursing home rehabilitation center, are also close by if ever needed.
