Emeritus at Folsom is in a residential area near Folsom Lake and close to a new shopping mall, grocery stores, restaurants and nursing rehabilitation center. Mercy Folsom Hospital is just across the street if ever needed.

Conveniently Located

Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor courtyard, meandering trails and lovely gardens, Emeritus at Folsom is the largest assisted living and Alzheimer's communities in Folsom. We are across the street from Mercy Folsom Hospital. We are near Folsom Lake and Aquatic Center, and close to the Folsom Senior Center. Weather is warm most of the year with the exception of winter season where you can see the snow caps of the Sierra mountains. Our residents enjoy going on outings to the local restaurants, movie theatres, and outlet shopping in the area.

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Folsom has a lovely dining room, fireside lounge, and a huge activity center which give our wellness residents an opportunity to get to know one another.

We have 83 units in our two-story wellness area, which includes two bedroom, one bedroom, and studio units. Memory Care Neighborhood has 18 units, including studio and shared units.

Senior Residential and Assisted Living

Emeritus at Folsom is built around the oldest and largest oak tree in Folsom. This provides us with a beautiful interior courtyard, which can be viewed from many of our apartments.

The city of Folsom recognizes us for providing excellent care for Seniors. We have and continue to partner with mercy Folsom Hospital, Kaiser Permente medical offices, and surrounding rehab facilities.

Our Staff

We pride ourselves on longevity of staff and currently have many employees that have earned their ten year pins. We make sure our community is staff appropriately to ensure the safety and utmost care of our residents at all times.
