The Perfect Location

We are conveniently located between Interstate 5 and California Highway 99, south of our state’s capital city. In the city of Elk Grove, our community sits in the middle of a nice, family-oriented neighborhood. Our area boosts many community parks and greenbelts within walking distance. The Elk Grove Senior Center is close by with transportation readily available for our residents. There are major healthcare facilities nearby like hospitals, pharmacies and physicians.

There are many desirable retail establishments, movie theaters, and restaurants within a three mile radius. Our seniors enjoy frequent trips to The Crocker Art Museum, the Jelly Belly Factory, Sacramento River Cats, Sacramento Kings games and local vineyards.

We have beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard, lovely gardens and walking trails, our community is considered one of Elk Grove County's premier assisted living and Memory Care. A morning stroll along our walking paths will take you through our expansive lawn area, rose gardens and gazebo. You can have a cup of coffee and relax on the front porch in the teak rocking chairs, before joining one of our many daily activities offered in our always popular community center.

Situated on 5.5 lush acres, Laguna Creek offers a unique cottage setting. We have four assisted living and two memory care cottages, which offers 15 suites that open to a large communal living, dining and country kitchen area. Our backyard patios and friendly front porches complete our homelike environment.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Emeritus at Laguna Creek directors are actively involved with the local area professional organizations including the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce and Sacramento Older Adult Collaborative.

Alzheimer’s disease is a cause that is very close to our hearts. We take part in the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual fundraising efforts with their Walk to End Alzheimer’s. We take part in the walk, volunteer and help raise funds to bring awareness and progress to this vital cause.

Our Staff

We proudly introduce our passionate team to all potential residents and families. Our 85 staff members average seven years of service to our community and their wealth of experience and knowledge is evident in the quality of care they provide to our residents.
