Assisted Living offers a helping hand to those that need assistance in activities of daily living. Emeritus offers a wide range of services including diabetic care and an incontinence program to assist in supplies with these needs.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
Our specialized neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and other dementias provide the Resident’s and their families a secure, comforting and personalized environment. This disease affects the whole family. We want to maintain their security mentally, physically, socially and spiritually through family partnerships and life enrichment. Our goal is to give the Resident the dignity and respect they deserve, while giving them the independence they need. The entire Emeritus Team @ Bakersfield is dedicated to know the community and all its resources. We participate in the Alzheimer’s Walk; the Alzheimer’s Board of Directors and welcome everyone to our monthly Alzheimer’s Support Group on our campus. We work very close with the home health agencies, hospices and every hospital and physician in Bakersfield.
