The Perfect Location

Emerald Hills is located in the beautiful and historic town of Auburn. Close to Highway 49 and 80 at the base of the Sierra foothills. We are conveniently located near shopping, doctor’s offices, Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital and skilled nursing facilities for rehabilitation if ever needed.

Set in foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Downtown Auburn is filled with unique shops and quaint restaurants. Lake Tahoe is just up highway 80. We enjoy all four seasons, but the warm summer nights are the best!

A Wonderful Selection

Emerald Hills feels like home the moment you walk through the doors. We are located at the end of a street so you only hear the sound of nature and not the hustle and bustle of city traffic.Our common areas including our lovely dining room, TV room and library, give the residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We have 89 senior apartments on three levels, each with offering studios as well as one- and two- bedroom senior apartments. Residents can decorate and fill their apartments with all of their cherished belongings that they have collected over their lifetime to make it home.
