The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Trillium Park is conveniently located in a residential area near the Arkansas River. Our beautiful retirement community is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, medical offices, banks, and the Post Office. We are approximately two miles from Wal-Mart Super Center, just to the right of the post office, and minutes from Centennial Valley Country Club. Residents enjoy trips to the local parks, Beaverfork Lake and Dock, Battle Orchiod, and Wolly Hollow State Park.

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Trillium Park offers four different styles of senior apartments on three floors. Studio, alcove, 1- and 2-bedrooms. Each apartment has kitchenettes with refrigerator and microwave, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and spacious closets. Our community offers a very comply, home- like environment. Our common areas, including our lovely dining room and library, give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We have a strong relationship with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers such as Conway Regional Medical Center, Salem Place Nursing and Rehab, Heritage Living Center, Conway Healthcare and Rehab, and St. Andrews Place. Through the communications and relationships that we share with key staff within these affiliations, we provide seamless continuum of care for our residents.
