Emeritus at Pantano Community Testimonials

Emeritus at Pantano in Tucson is actually quite cozy. The whole environment is very welcoming and it just feels like it would make a wonderful place to relax and socialize. It also feels safe, the type of safe you feel in your own home, and I really like that. It is so important for the residents to feel secure within their surroundings and I have had many residents from Emeritus at Pantano tell me that they do. I really like the whole care team at this facility. During my visit I was watching how they treat and care for the residents and it was clear to me that this wasn't just another job for them. Through their actions and words I could see how much they care for the residents. The staff were so patient and encouraging and they were super respectful, and I really appreciated that they did not talk to or treat any of the residents like children which I have seen in many facilities. I was sitting there thinking that this is exactly the way I would want my own mom to be cared for. I could see that the residents really loved all of the staff members in return. They all seemed so happy. The facility also has a beautiful private dining room for the residents to entertain their families and I was told by a staff member that families are always signing up to use it. From looking at the event calendars and talking with the residents and staff I have found that the facility really encourages family involvement and families are able to participate in activities, they are invited to every special event, and are able to visit at any time they please. I really think that families play a huge role in keeping the residents healthy and happy, and I appreciate that Emeritus at Pantano recognizes this and has implemented family involvement in the resident's daily activities. I would definitely recommend this facility because the level of care and service that is provided to each and every resident is A+.
