Paradise Valley Retirement Community is nestled in a quite neighborhood, but close to the mall, many shops and businesses. Located in welcoming Phoenix, Arizona, Paradise Valley is an ideal retirement community. From a relaxing atmosphere to themed events to day trips, Paradise Valley is a truly well-rounded community of care and support.

A Wonderful Selection

For seniors who desire an active, independent lifestyle, Paradise Valley cottages are an ideal retirement option. Located close to medical professionals, hospitals and shopping makes this the perfect location for retirement living. Should you need additional personal services in the future, assistance is close by. Retirement cottages with two-bedrooms, two baths, full kitchens and garages are designed to make you feel at home. We offer month-to-month rent without buy-in fees or leases.

We have five buildings on our campus with lovely fruit trees, pine trees and a nice courtyard for each building with fountains. Our senior living community also has a beautiful club house with a very large swimming pool. Our club house is very large and is where we hold a lot of events we also hold art classes and other activities here.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We nurture strong relationships with surrounding hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehab centers, in the event our residents need these services. Additionally we partner with a variety of home health agencies if the situation arises that a resident needs care, but would still like to live in our independent community. We have also partnered with an agency called MD 24 house call doctors. This is a wonderful service where the doctors provide house call visits to our resident's who do not like waiting in a doctor's office. Each resident can still keep their current doctor, this service mainly provides continuity of care and convenience for our residents.

Our Staff

At Paradise Valley Retirement Community we have a wonderful staff that cares about our residents. Many of them have longevity in their position and the resident's consider them family. We frequently tell our residents and any potential residents that we enjoy coming to work everyday because we like working with such a committed and dedicated team.
