Chris Ridge Community Testimonials

I really like Chris Ridge because it is sort of set up like a little town and the whole design is really cute. The design also helps those residents who may be experiencing memory issues as it can help them to connect with familiar memories or people. I like how caring and diligent the staff are, during my visit I saw members of the staff go up to every room and every resident to notify them that it was time to eat and they waited until they got a response from the resident to ensure that the resident heard the meal notification. I can see that the staff really care about each resident. One resident told me that the staff listens to every suggestion, concern, or idea that any resident may have and that they genuinely care about whatever it may be. She told me that she thought it would be wonderful to start up a resident choir and when she brought up the idea to the staff they in turn told her that it was a wonderful idea and that her and the staff are now in the process of making it happen. She said that the staff made her feel so special because they took her idea seriously. I really enjoyed my visit to Chris Ridge and I encourage caregivers to make this facility one of their stops on their search.
