Our Family is committed to yours... with our Personal Transition programs and our financial resources, we have a wealth of tools to help families with the sometimes difficult transition into senior living. Emeritus at Mesa has a community ambassadors program that matches new residents with current residents to help them get adjusted to their new surroundings. All you have to do is take a stroll down the hall at Village Oaks at Mesa and you'll see the stability of longevity of our staff. We have a great support group of current and past families that volunteer all the time. One example is a local Fox TV News anchor who's loved one lived with us in the past and who now continues to advocate on air about the wonderful care we provide.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
It’s our personal approach to Join their Journey, using their Life stories to create an individual program for each of our residents. We have a very experienced memory care neighborhood coordinator who oversees every aspect of our innovative memory care program, called Join their Journey. We also offer monthly a family Alzheimer's and dementia support group to help families going through the disease process.

We "join the journey" of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.
