Our state-of-the-art computerized assessment system helps us accurately evaluate, predict and monitor all personal care needs for each of our residents.

To ensure we meet all your needs, we have designed our own state-of-the-art computerized resident evaluation program called wE Care. This powerful for software tool allows us to accurately evaluate and monitor your loved ones personal care services. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you or your loved one to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.

Alzheimer's, Dementia and Memory Care Services

Emeritus at Gilbert has an innovative approach to caring for seniors with Alzheimer's or Dementia — an approach we call "Join Their Journey." The premise of Join Their Journey®, which is based on research conducted on seniors with Alzheimer's disease, is simple: We believe that seniors affected by memory disorders still have so much to contribute to life. So our goal is to create a nurturing environment and provide ongoing opportunities every day that allow them to live purposeful, successful lives despite their disease.
