At Emeritus at Chandler, our residents enjoy retirement living within a comforting, homelike environment. Yet should they need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to their needs. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping them maintain or improve their health, so they can live as independently as possible.
To ensure we meet all your needs, we have designed our own state-of-the-art computerized resident evaluation program called wE Care. This powerful for software tool allows us to accurately evaluate and monitor your loved ones personal care services. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you or your loved one to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.
Alzheimer's, Dementia and Memory Care Services
Our memory care community also offers an innovative memory care program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. Because your family's experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation. We "join the journey" of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.
