Rehabilitation and other Onsite Health Services
Our goal is to help our residents maintain or
improve their level of functioning, helping them lead more
active and independent lives. Toward this end, our communities partner with a wide range of
healthcare providers, who bring their expertise directly to the community. So you’ll
receive the services you need, right here in the comfort of your own home.
On-site services, which are typically covered by Medicare Part B and also
available to residents on a private pay basis,
include:
- Physical therapy, including diagnostic, therapeutic and
restorative intervention
- Occupational therapy, including screenings, evaluations
and treatment programs
- Speech therapy, including diagnostic and therapeutic
intervention
- Wellness education conducted in conjunction with our staff to address specific issues and topics of
interest to residents
- Restorative care
- Home health care
- Hospice care
- Medication management, including Alzheimer’s medications
