Apartment Options

Our assisted living and retirement communities offer beautifully appointed studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, most with kitchenettes and all with private bathrooms. All of our senior apartments are individually climate-controlled and include all utilities except telephone and cable TV.

You can also add your own personal touch. Decorate anyway you wish and please feel free to bring your own furnishings. Some of our assisted living and retirement communities also allow you to bring small pets.

In addition, Emeritus communities offer such common areas as:

• Private dining room and catering services for special occasions

• Laundry rooms with washers and dryers available for personal use
